Basement/Bedroom Demolition has begun!
Well, we have finally begun the master bedroom suite renovation! Our current situation is having our bedroom situated somewhere in the big huge open basement, with a small bathroom off to one side. Dennis began the project this weekend by ripping out the only closet down there to make way for a new wall of closet along the back wall instead for both of us. In the first picture you can see Dennis removing the closet walls (he actually was able to save all of the 2x4's to use for the new walls). We turned our bed and the wall along the right side of our bed will be the new closets eventually. There will also be more wall behind our bed separating our room from the rest of the basement.
